I don't think we're going to see significant movement until after the New Year. I think we'll bobble around in the $95k-$98k range until then.
The week between X-mas and New Year's may surprise you.
I'm certainly open to that possibility. I try not to lean too hard on data and trends when I imagine how future pricing will go. I've found that I'm much more accurate if I just absorb all the data I can, then go with my instincts. I've been pretty accurate, but I always leave room for surprise.
