Why is #monero so volatile if it has been delisted from major CEXs and WS funds are unable to manipulatr it through the usual pump and dumps?

large CEX still list derivatives and low liquidity means high volatility

So #Bitcoin volatility that monero frens claim is due to WS funds is also because of low liquidity? I mean the logic here is applied differently depending on where the volatility is, seems hypocritical.
