Ur suggestion is actually a great idea…doing the cycle of 6 was taught to us as a “6 second” (full disclosure: takes way longer than 6 seconds) virtual Valium in med school.

They told those of us that were wiggin out to use it right before public speaking or drawing blood for the first time…it achshully works🤷🏽‍♂️
