I copy the message and paste it in DMs to the Damus npub but it’s happening a lot. Seems like it’s wallet related. Could it be due to NWC?

Perhaps you better tag damus developers for this matter.
Could it be that we’re on different iOS versions or Damus builds ?
perhaps im runnning latest version of iOS 18.5 with damus 1.14 (959) aef516a. However, can you try creating new wallet and check again ? or atleast let us know the steps u did so we can reproduce the issue, if there is one in the first place.

you installed damus from the testflight ? If so can you install the stable release from the appstore and check it again ?
I have the TestFlight version open for roughly 30mins now and it’s not happening. Maybe it’s when people try to zap? But that makes no sense every 5mins 🤣

Making invoices works fine though. I created a new Yakihonne wallet and imported it into Alby Go and can make invoices there too. nostr:nprofile1qqsp3yzapfwkyw4cr2vt4xx9s27474lj2pkxhqyfqh79n826pv3fkzqpz4mhxue69uhkzem8wghxummnw3ezumrpdejqz9rhwden5te0wfjkccte9ejxzmt4wvhxjmc65yxwm do you have a non-zero balance and can still use your wallet in Yakihonne?
I think his problem involves random events popping up, he is using beta iOS version and damus testlight version also. You may check the github issue for further details roland 🙏
I’m not using a beta version of iOS. It’s the latest release from Apple. Only Damus is TestFlight
Yes I have a balance. I can use wallet in Yakihonne and Damus. The problem is that screen popping up randomly during the day (every 5mins or sooner).
Sounds like a bug in Damus to me
It’s weird. The message says something about the wallet provider. I didn’t have that issue with primal NWC or bitvora. Coinos neither but it’s been a long time since I used it

the problem is I tested it with the App Store build and didnt get any errors, thats what confused me the most.
Should I restart the phone after I install the App Store build?
I dont think so, if damus has a clear cache option you may try to clear the cache. You can try to restart the phone.

Ok I did all that. Not seeing the pop up yet. Now I wonder if clearing the cache could also fix the issue on TestFlight?
Tried the same thing with the TestFlight. Got the error right away when I opened it. I think you’re right. Seems like it’s coming from TestFlight

In the meantime, I believe the only workaround would be to use a different NWC wallet with Damus until we get this resolved.
Does anyone know any guides out there on how to create a Yakihonne NWC wallet for testing? When I go to the “Add wallet” page and click the “Add wallet” button in Yakihonne, it takes me to a blank page.

but damus should ignore any unrelated responses, there is shouldnt be any responses in the first place, because you haven’t done any action.
I just zapped some users browsing with damus nothing happened.
