I hope I can get some people to watch this awesome show:

Frieren, Beyond journey's end.

It's a Japanese fantasy story which follows the life of Frieren, an ancient elven mage and her party of heroes, after their decade-long journey to defeat the Demon King and bring peace to the world.

After experiencing the loss of a friend, Frieren is confronted with the harsh reality of the short human lifespan and starts to regret not having connected more with her friends and starts a new journey in the search for meaningful connections and memories.

The show beautifully highlights the huge differences in mortality and time preference between humans and their elven and demon counterparts.

It depicts the struggles of making deep meaningful connections due to these differences and it illustrates how different someone's view on the world and time can be, due to having different time preferences.

If you're looking for a wholesome show about friendship, accompanied with amazing music and art style, while tackling heavy subjects like loss, mortality and having some of the best epic action scenes in anime, then Frieren is the perfect show to watch.

I started that and distracted by another show. Thanks for the reminder.

Anything good you're watching?

Loved Apothecary Diaries.

First arc of Yatagarasu was an intriguing mystery.

Caught up to the current season of Shield Hero.

Going to try A Galaxy Next Door.

How about you?

Ive heard only good things about Apothecary diaries.

All those others I haven't seen yet 😅

I recently watched 86, which I liked a lot and I'm currently watching sonny boy.

But I'll post another good recommendation

I watched part of 86. Good anime. Could only take so much as it’s a heavy story to me.

I usually watch anime for lunch so I make good use of my Crunchyroll membership.

Hehe. Yeah, I'm a bit on a journey to watch anime masterpieces and play video game masterpieces.

The ones that make you grow as a human by experiencing those art pieces.

But thanks for the recommendations.

Apothecary is on my list now

Where do we find it?
