If you are up for it, talk with a dietition. It can do amazing things for you. We are often not getting all we need, and it's even more important at this stage. There were a few things we just didn't think about that a good dietition was able to point out.

Magnesium, silica, etc. And it's with getting the better quality ones if possible.

It's even more important in the US since it is very difficult to have a diet that has all the things you need.
