Its the Japanese relays have a great firewall that only allows Japan IP addresses. It's prob 1/3 of all of nostr maybe.. ๐ฆ

Can you give a couple examples?

These are just some of the ones I see in relay lists, I think the wirednet is the biggest maybe. There's a site somewhere that shows japan stats (flows) with a cool looking river visualization... But I lost the bookmark.
Indeed these are 403ing for me. So I guess these aren't included in our stats.
