Hello my Nostr friends. I am finally mostly recovered from a nine day food poisoning that I got from most likely raw milk. This particular type of infection can lead to a more serious illness in rare cases. Be careful on your health journey. This was hell and I’m still dealing with quite a bit of pain in my body.

Oh boy, that's the risk with raw milk. I want to try it, but the fear of food poisoning is there.
Yes, I tried it years ago and was fine and this time I got sick on my very first bottle, sold at a grocery store actually.

I had a 3 week bout very recently myself. The thing about raw milk is that you need to pay attention to what you drink too, it’s not that safe stuff from the grocery store. If you’re not willing to pay attention while it’s in your refrigerator then don’t drink it, keep to the safe stuff.
