We had clear blue skies in my neighborhood today so I would say yes. Developed mostly by nature.
Yes. They just started testing federation, too. The community is kind of toxic, but expanding, and the third party development and apps are pretty good.

J'ai un compte pour l'instant et des codes d'invitations ..mais sachez quand même que les médias sérieux plébiscitent Bluesky. A chaque journal que j'ouvre il parle de Bluesky en bien. Sinon demander à jack qui a beaucoup travaillé et J Garber dit arcalina est bien sur nostr
