I was able (seemingly) to bump the fee a couple days ago, but nothing happened. Finally just tried closing the pending channel; again, no change (still shows pending open). So now I have 1M sats locked up in a channel that will neither open nor close. Thoughts...?

If restarting and hitting Speed up channel open doesn’t work, you can always get access to the funds again by reinitializjng the wallet with your seed phrase by reinstalling the app and going through Advanced Set-up
This happened because you set too low of a fee on the channel open. We put out a change in our latest a builds that will help newcomers out by defaulting to a fee that should get them into the next block.
