Day5 #31 days I'm doing my workouts at home and it gets boring running up the same flight of stairs.... But here we are
30 flights, 100 pushups (50 were cheaters but my shoulders weren't tolerating then) 15 pull ups, 15 chin ups, 3 min planks got my HR up to 130 for about 10 min lol.
This has been a long journey for me. I haven't really pushed myself physically in about 8 years and not really since I got out of the Army 2011. It feels good to be getting strength back and burning some of this fat off. Today my kids were running the stairs with me for a little bit and they want to hang on the pull up bar. Been a good 5 days.
