Thanks I've been trying since the last 31 days in January. I'm trying to push hard about 3 days a week because I have busted shoulders and back and knees lol
I had the same problem (shoulders torn to pieces) and then I hired a mobility coach and now my shoulders are stable and I have full range of motion. Still some pain at end of range but I’ve been able to stabilize and strengthen them slowly and am finally pain-free and working with heavy weights overhead. Mobility coach for the win! If you want I can share her contact, she does online sessions and only charges $30/session and accepts btc
