Thanks I hope so too. Maybe by not being dumb and hurting myself I can get a solid routine going. I'm forcing myself to work out even if tired from work
I like to do a small amount of work every day that I never miss that is a minimum effective dose. The key is to build up volume over time and you can’t do that if you overdo it and cause an injury. I’m hoping you can find a small routine that takes about 10 minutes that you never miss. Once you have that locked in you can just keep building on it and avoid injury. I am rooting for you.
