Oh shit. So I have to stop looking like a feral gremlin to get a man?

According to this… yes 🙌

Nah. This list is not the end all guide to dating.

I would love to hear a guy’s perspective on dating.

Having a brain of her own and not looking like a gremlin are musts for me.

I don’t really look like a gremlin. I cropped my sister out of this picture.

Your very pretty! The right man will appear when ya least expect!

I’d appreciate if it was sooner rather than later.

Also thank you for the compliment.

Put yourself out there! Just like you are doing right now! Get out of your comfort zone. Go do things ya don’t normally do. Sign up for a class. Go learn how to golf. Throw axes. Learn kickbox. That’s where you’ll find new interesting men!

My fantasy was to have a meet cute in a bookstore. I told one of my best friends and she responded with, “Like Joe from You?” (If you don’t know the series he’s a stalker/killer) So totally ruined my idea. 🤣

Fantasies almost never come true. But they are great to think about!

Dang… just rain on my parade.

Srry!

Savage 😅😅😆

🤩 Definitely not a gremlin! 💜💜💜

Thank you

Maybe you both live close each other?? Go on date! 🤷‍♀️ first nostr date!

What men and women want has actually been studied. For example:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/231858845_Buss_David_M_1989_Sex_Differences_in_Human_Mate_Preferences_Evolutionary_Hypotheses_Tested_in_37_Cultures_Behavioral_and_Brain_Sciences

Summary and update:

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/sex-sexuality-and-romance/202210/what-men-and-women-really-want-in-potential-mate

I think the summary overemphasizes the differences between men and women, though. I recall another David Buss paper (which I don’t have on hand) that showed both men and women want loving partners most, but down the list there were some differences in priorities.
