Could you point me to something that explains this stuff?
I believe it’s the law Section 230 that protects social medias from this type of liability, but it’s under scrutiny with a currently ongoing Supreme Court case Google vs Gonzalez.
No one can blame you for the actions of another individual
I think if you are making it available you are liable but not sure.
I speak from a libertarian perspective, I don't doubt that statism has some law that makes you guilty 👀
