I get a chuckle when someone who read an article about how bad Bitcoin is confidently tells me I'm wrong and tries to argue with me (I don't do this anymore. I just wish them well.)

I've spent literally thousands of hours studying various Bitcoin and Bitcoin related topics. Maybe I have a couple things to teach to people who want to learn. This is true of many people in the Bitcoin space. Many of us are eager to teach.

I always take the opportunity to learn from others, but I'm not going to argue with anyone who approaches me in a condescending manner.

I don’t even bother teaching unless they’re asking

I don't either, but a lot of people ask me for my opinion on various things for some reason. At work mostly. Sometimes Bitcoin finds it's way into whatever opinion I'm asked about (naturally, given how many things it is relevant to). People usually ask me good faith questions, but I sometimes encounter a snarky asshole who just wants entertainment because they think they're smarter than me and probably everyone else. That's what I'm referencing. The interjections, which are rude in the first place.
