This isn't an anti-vaccine note.
Traditional vaccines are wonderful and have relatively low risk compared to some of the diseases they fight. But the way we handled Covid and novel vaccine technology was unethical. I said it then, and I'm saying it now. It was wrong and the professionals involved should be held accountable.
The whole point of informed consent IS to cause hesitancy. We should all 'hesitate' and take the time to consider whether a particular medication or treatment is worth the risks. We are supposed to do a risk-reward-analysis using ALL of the available information. Robbing people of that is absolutely unethical and should be criminal.
