Yeah like it's not worse than OpenAI that you have to KYC with your phone number and turn off your VPN just to talk to it. I wouldn't talk to any AI that I don't own
good point on local, as its open S I imagine people are auditing the code but running on your own hardware way to go for privacy ...
Need expensive hardware that a lot of people can't afford to run the big model. I agree the future is open source and running it locally.
true but someone did get it running on like 6 Mac mini, not saying everyday man can run but its way better then billion dollar server farms. open source all the way!
