• Anger: "You need to learn how to accept the situation at hand."

• Disappointment: "You need to learn how to let go."

• Guilt: "You're not aligned with your values."

• Shame: "You need to work on your sense of self-worth."

• Regret: "There's an opportunity to change course."

• Anxiety: "You need to learn to quiet your mind."

• Sadness: "You need to pay attention to what's lacking."
