My only sense is he’s so focused on autism because he already has his conclusion—vaccines!!

Save the children from the government
They have the cure for cancer, and they have the cure for AIDS, the cure for AIDS. You just need a lot of money. Look at Magic Johnson. Cancer is the way they control the population. So that's not going anywhere, but they also have the cure for that.
The real skitzo take is that both cancer and autism and many other diseases (such as homosexuality) are actually caused by parasites. Specifically, intestinal worms.
Parasites are a symptom, not a cause.
But we have to be fair. He was never put in place for his skills in the first place. So we do not have to expect reasonable actions from loyalists of the father of fake news.
