Take the current Fee Rate (sats/vB) and it's your number of repetitions :-)
If it's too many, just divide by 10 and round up.
The #proofofwork fitness challenge starts in ~ 30 hours, per the next expected difficulty adjustment.
To participate, do 1 crunch, 1 squat, 1 push-up per block mined for a total of 144 of each per day.
You can batch your exercises. If you can knock out 144 of each in one go like nostr:npub1ee6m4c35nqzv4f05m69w3am4hd2czd05zfzpm83jlz8yyfk969js78tfcv, hats off to you.
If you're a beginner like nostr:npub1tujexpy7s6qt4ecmptg6hsxemzpkjc6cg5739cqzttnjxv05efsshjllxq , do what you can.
If you're like me with a 36×4 strategy, that's fine too.
The point is to put in the work 💪
The difficulty will adjust after 2016 blocks.

Great idea. We're starting with 1 rep per block...144 reps per day for 2016 blocks, then adjust the difficulty to coincide with the mining difficulty adjustment.
