anyone else have pulsatile tinnitus?
sounds like a squelching type sound that goes with my heartbeat when I wake up for about 5-10m

Yes…years of playing drums without earplugs has definitely taken its toll.
Might be good, if you’re self diagnosed, to have a carotid ultrasound to rule out a carotid stenosis. This would be more likely if you’re over 50 and hearing it only in one ear.
