This was immensely helpful!
My sister didnβt call it turmeric milk but she made a blend similar to what you described and shared some with me yesterday. Was delicious!
That prompted my turmeric in the coffee this morning.

I love to hear this. Is your sister into Ayurveda? Happy to chat and answer any questions.
I geek out on Ayurveda π

Not specifically. But definitely into wholistic natural health, etc.
she does a lot of yoga. So maybe?
Turns out. Yup. My father is probably alive today because of Ayurveda. He suffered a massive heart attack but had been doing all this βstuffβ that I never really understood.
TIL it was Ayurveda.
Humbled.
That is so cool!!
Sometimes Ayurveda feels like Bitcoin. Only a small percentage of the population get it and are willing to try it.
It works best as a preventative or early intervention protocol. Turmeric for the win π
Is your sister on here? I'll follow her.
