When I hear someone say, "I'm old", I often reply with:
I worked in a senior adult foster care home during my college years, and I learned what the definition of "old" is. "Old" is when you are sitting on the toilet, and asking (the stranger holding on to you) where the bathroom is.
Until then, you're young.

Personally, I like to think of time passing in terms of growing up/maturing. It happens naturally through our work and focus, not necessarily counting days, weeks, months, and years... but experiences that we can learn from 🙃
