Go ahead and roast me.
Can't believe I allowed them to hook up their email all those years ago to a wallet (maybe it was required back then; don't recall).
It was easy to send, but for us who are accustomed to just having your priv keys and restoring your wallet, this was too easy, it was complex.
They never wrote down their email linked to the wallet either. THANK GOD it was the one they assumed.
Glad they are now moved for them
