What clients do you normally use? It must be using a default set of relays for you.
Your relay list must have been rugged. Try going on Primal and adding some relays.

Maybe Amethyst has the relay list saved locally on the phone. I’m not sure how it works.
Maybe... I need someone savvier than me to figure it out 😅
