No, because I see Web3 as real (not a maxi at all), I just think it has gotten a bad rap because of rugpulls and gimmicks. The concepts themselves aren't bad in the least.

Yeah it’s real, but it’s not a good idea. That’s why rugpulls etc are possible. It’s not really decentralized and not trustless.

We definitely need a “new version of the web” but it’s not based on the technological concepts that the known Web3 is built on. This is my thinking at least. Lightning/Cashu and Nostr based platforms would do better
