I run almost everything on an iPad c/w keyboard. I’ve not run into much need for anything else. Whatcha studying?
anthropology/gen ed for now. going to community college, just wanted to go back to school while i’m able
was also thinking about this, my brothers gf did her 4 years on an ipad and still uses it everyday
I used a MacBook in university. It was good, but it became obsolete faster, and didn’t add much functionality compared to the iPad. Reading is so much more comfortable on a device you can hold like a book and zoom in with.
Way overpriced for school work.
only doing so due to my laptop being almost15 years old, it can’t be disconnected from the battery and is incredibly huge. still on windows 7
Buy a used lenovo laptop and use fedora and buy SATs with the savings.

Check out apples refurbished macbooks/ipads. Good deals on basically new stuff. I bought mine there and its an easy way to save 15%
normies here are all in on ipads, they rec the audio lessons and handly write their schemes.
They seems happy, I see their happyness from behind the 180° foldable screen of my thinkpad from 2008.

with ipad you can write with the pen and thats super nice!
but pen cost extra :( i hate how everything cost extra and it’s like 200$ like damn apple u don’t need all that
