Hodl butter bacon cheeseburger.
The stack i used was:
Toasted potato bun (hodl butter on both sides)
Sauteed onions
Arugala tossed in lemon juice and olive oil.
Sharp cheeder on the patty
Bacon (i had some hach chili bacon in the fridge)
Imo the lemon is key here. You need some acidity to cut through all the savory so stack the arugala. the chedder helps here as well with its sharp bite. The bacon adds the needed salt. And you get a nice creamy sweet from the hodl butter at the end.
