I've been trying this for a couple of days. I can't tell if I like it or not but it's entertaining.

Yes, it’s too easy to game, especially likes, renotes and comments. Not sure if buzzbot does any filtering when random winner is picked. You can steer odds in your favor with other bots. Same goes for zaps, as I did with my test bounty
