I am once again experiencing this situation with nostr where I only see my notes and notes from two other people.
Last time I waited a couple of weeks and it resolved itself so I still have no idea what's causing it.

Not recently no. That may have been the issue last time, but if we can't do that without having issues that would be a bummer.
