Identities and original characters (OCs) come to mind... Furry artists will make adoptables that can be purchased and used as one's fursona.
NFTs are a very broad spectrum of assets, and can be anything from proof of purchase for a digital asset, to provenance for a piece of art, to a ticket for access to events, there's all sorts of use cases for NFTs if one wishes to disintermediate the state in acting as the source of truth to protect against repudiation.
