Any none fiat doctors in the room?

I'm having sharp chest pain, from heart to back, when I breath deep.

Haven't eaten anything particularly bad yesterday.

What could it be? I'm planning on fasting at least 24h to let my body deal with this but curious to hear what people think.

(I'm not worried, I don't feel like it's a chronic problem)
