I WAS just going to eat the six ones fresh. But now I have enough for fresh eating… and ice cream!

Time to inaugurate my ice cream maker! The last time I made any was years ago, borrowing my friend’s machine.

I probably will still have some left over after that 😅 I hear the pulp freezes well, so maybe that. Or I could try making a pawpaw “pudding” recipe my friend made which is more of an eggy cake. Not my fav texture or appearance but the flavor really did shine through and it was very nice.
