I’d started taking the dog on 3 mile walks in the morning. Combine that with trying to do the deep squat (Asian squat, flat footed squat sit), and somehow I strained one of my hip flexors.

It started to hurt to walk on level ground. The pain radiated to my glute & shin, so something was wrong.

I’d started down the peptide rabbit hole just a few days before & sure enough: there is a peptide for that.

I got done BPC-157 & TB-500 (blend) and started injecting it in the fat just above the strained hip flexor.

Believe it or not, walking felt normal within 36 hours.

To be clear:

I was also stretching before the dog walk so maybe that did it, but I really attribute the quick turnaround to the peptides.
