But that's an anti-human idea as well.

We are persons with relationships and group belongings - this is where our "real IDs" come from. Confidentially they are using this phrase for their fake fiat IDs in some jurisdiction(a).

Spot on!! 🎯 🔥 In a few short sentences you have deconstructed the logical fallacy upon which state issued ID's are built on. The statist idea is that they get the exclusive right to assign you a verifiable identity, just like how only they have the right to issue currency.
