I need a separate phone just for Bitcoin related stuff.

That way I can set it up with only security & privacy in mind - rather than day to day function maxxing for communication.

Who else is operating this way?

I have used a few of the products from slnt. Effective at blocking out signals.

Did a screen record and watched the signal bars drop off, Bluetooth disconnected, wifi dropped, and phone call didn’t go through.

Yes it worked on cutting of the phone signal, idk and didnt research for better tests, do you recommend any specific?

Try to use the "find my phone" app on your computer to see if it can ping a location or force it to ring.
