For sure. totally agree. And competition will always be present. The next best client is just around the corner and clients need to constantly be better and better because we can just take our data to a new client.

Who will reign supreme in 2 years, or 10 years. or will there be just a plethora of clients (tools, marketplaces, chat clients, games, banking?, AI) available each tailored to specific needs.

The constant threat of being 'outdone' will drive some fantastic outcomes I think.
