I don't generally used shared clipboard much, not as much as a dev I'm sure does, but LocalSend (AirDrop alternative) has a paste option.
I didn't know LocalSend had that. Nice!
This method is usually what I do though. I use note to self in Signal. I'm cautious about just sharing all my clipboards between all devices though. Seems like an increased attack surface.
But I can see why an engineer would want this on engineering work devices (or any other work related setup). It would save time.
I don't. Lol In fact, I specifically configure certain tools to wipe it (or at least part of it) as quickly as possible (Bitwarden).
I'm interested in learning the value of having this though. Maybe I'm not nerdy enough
