It depends, sometimes it's an issues with relays and their caching server, others I've seen them remove people they don't like.

I keep popping up on their trending list, which must drive them nuts. They were shadowbanning people on trending, but got called out, so they seem more careful about that one. Too obvious.
I’d raise it with BTC HQ. They’re probably acting under orders from the Podcast Industrial Complex.
