In BTC yes but Lightning seems to be heading towards USD and USDT on LN rails which seems like a way to keep the surveillance. For eg, Strike which is KYC being rolled out in Asia and Africa etc. Need non KYC Bitcoin and ideally only BTC economies.

I think a Cashu or Fedi-type system with a stablecoin is probably the best scenario.

With that system, even if KYC was performed on the members, they would have transaction-level privacy.

Here's fedimint. Fedi (for profit co.) Is really only one building on it, to be released. Multisig available too for mints. Still great to see
