I gave them a valid preimage and memo containing a receipt ID of what I bought. For those of you that don’t know a preimage proves that you’re the one that paid. I asked them to please refund me or help me get the card and the customer service rep is surly, unhelpful and unresponsive despite the fact. They’ve completely ghosted me! They can’t even do you the common courtesy of responding to an email when you’ve proven you’re a paying customer. This is pathetic guys.

I’m never doing business with them again and neither should you. I guess I’m a Bitrefill man from now on #bitcoin #coffeechain #asknostr #grownostr #customerservicr

Bummer. I've only had to contact them once, and for a very minor issue. They were prompt and courteous in that interaction though.
