Do you follow a recipe or wing it?
I loosely followed a simple recipe. Literally googled “simple habanero hot sauce recipe” and went with the top result 😂. I subbed white sugar for brown sugar and used less of it, and used about twice as much garlic than the recipe called for. The peppers are a mix of ripe and unripe scotch bonnets plus a few jalapeños.
