Does anybody know why my incoming zaps are showing up as “Requested Payment” on my Zeus interface?

Zeus is sending a request for payment on your behalf.

Each time someone zaps you.

It's a requirement of bolt-11.

Though probably not nessasary from a UI perspective.

Because LNURL has to create an invoice for each payment it wants to receive? Just an educated guess.

Correct. If a zap is unpaid you can actually pay it yourself to see who it was from.
