I'm about the same ratio carnivore, though it varies by time of year. I'm currently doing a keto version to help get my body fat back down into the single digits.

For workouts, I train jiu jitsu really seriously 3-4 times a week, lift weight 2-3 times a week, yoga, running, volleyball, and any other ways I can get shirtless time out in the sunshine based on how nice it is outside and what my friends are doing.

That's some serious activity! My son takes kung-fu during the week and loves it.

That's cool! Martial arts are amazing and so good for humans.

Yeah but this place is 3 minutes up the road and gets him away from the electronics so I'm good 😂
