You need much more sun and have to eat animal offal to raise your vitamin D3 levels. Most people don't eat offal and have too little contact with their skin. Chest arm face. They are mostly covered in winter.
You don't need to supplement Vitamin D to feel good in the winter. In fact it could do more harm than good.
You should:
1. embrace cold
2. eat seasonally
3. prioritize outdoors time
4. embrace restorative cyclicality
