Just tried Nattō (Fermented Soybeans), weird texture but interesting taste
looks not very appetizing 🫣
but still sounds interesting, is this from vitnamesian cuisine?

It's Japanese, the smell is also something to get used to but definitely edible :D Apparently its very healthy due to the contained Protein Nattokinase, at least I survived it lol
i have added it to my list of foods to try😌
