I hate routing those 8 tiny little fickers through there. The crimping is the easy part. Setup makes me want to shoot myself.

I've only ever worked with RJ45 once, and it was replacing a female connector after one was crushed at my place of employment.
Such a freedom to get 50m of cat cable and make network cables as you please!
