The problem isn’t with empathy, or anger, or any other feeling. The problem is with not having the skill set to process what you are feeling and use that to inform rather than lead your decision making.

exactly. emotions are information, too. ^^
i think emotions typically "lead" our thought processes and rational thinking. however, being able to process your emotions is the most important part. people (myself included) can very calmly and very rationally make poor choices because of unprocessed and repressed feelings.
