That’s why you are on several relays at once. The more relays you have in common with another the more resistant you are to censorship with that person.
There is, as far as I’m aware, no protocol that can prevent people from deleting or refusing to serve content from their own machines. Freenet-Locutus is trying though, unfortunately.
